Scaling Static Meshes
You can easily scale static meshes in all dimensions to make it fit a certain location. Unlike UT2003 you'll have to go through the properties of the static mesh, though (since it's Legend's own implementation) and can't use buttons on the editor UI.
Here we go
Place a static mesh in your map. Open the properties. In the Display rollout, open the DrawScale3D menu and modify the values.
